Structure composed of:
Main body in specified shape, dimensions, and moldings as illustrated in the drawings.
Connection with a 3/4" threaded tube, to be bolted to the support structure with a sealing ring for watertight locking.
The threaded tube and the bolts at the top of the structure are concealed by an ornamental aluminum sleeve.
Lower part consists of an aluminum ring where the LED motor is mounted.
The ring is hinged to the structure and sealed with a stainless steel screw.
The ring is fitted with a neoprene gasket ensuring a total IP65 protection rating for the product.
Optics:
Made from a single block of aluminum ensuring heat dissipation from the LED diode.
Optics based on IP67 rated molded lenses, UV and impact resistant IK10, with high-precision collimators for focused light beam.
The circuit is coated with a special insulating powder increasing protection against electrostatic discharges.
IP67 optics are mounted on the heat dissipation structure with a watertight seal to protect the LED circuits.
The entire LED motor is attached to the lower body of the lamp via six M4 stainless steel screws.
The LED motor is easily removable for maintenance purposes.
Next to the LED motor, a power driver support is mounted, also attached to the structure with stainless steel screws, making it easily removable and separated from the LED motor. Around the lower structure, all electrical connections are well insulated, including plugs, one for detaching the LED motor from the driver and one for detaching the driver from the electrical network.
